I retired from my dream job as an Air Traffic Controller with over 40 years in that profession. Since then, I have dedicated my time to creative endeavors such as art (the above pic is an example of my work) and writing. I began this journey writing several memoirs, and eventually tried my hand at science fiction finishing a utopian trilogy, the first book of which is “the Myth of the Anal Probe”. I wanted to expand my writing skills and began a two-year research project that culminated in the historical novel “One Crowded Hour” which dealt with Custer and the battle in the Little Big Horn Valley in 1876. I love to create something from nothing, like I did with my art, so I tackled my first work of fiction, Powder Keg. The freedom and excitement from creating characters, each with a different personality and voice, and a story line that went wherever I wanted was intoxicating. Powder Keg began the Tyler Stone series and, from an ancillary character in Powder Keg, I created my favorite series, Luther LaMotta about the tragic misfortunes of a third level hitman for the mob.
